The Microwave Link chart is used to provide a quick overview of potential microwave link issues for specific wind farm sites.

This chart is an overview only. It shows you the area of the proposed site and the microwave links which end, cross and pass in the vicinity of the assessed site boundary. Notes and comments will not be provided and no individual consultation work is included at this level.

It should be noted that the information supplied cannot be regarded as completely comprehensive as communication links in the UK change rapidly. The information supplied is based on Pager Power’s microwave links database.

Pager Power would advise that before any layout is finalised, a full Ofcom consultation and constraints analysis is undertaken.
