Carbon Management

Pager Power are currently developing a company profile carbon management scheme which accounts for all of the carbon dioxide emissions we produce within our day to day working methods.

In order to minimize and manage Pager Power’s annual carbon emissions,  we need to be able to measure them. This involves analyzing the key areas where potential emissions are produced, and collecting data. Pager Power currently have 5 main categories for carbon dioxide production, these are Automobile Emissions, Aviation Emissions, Rail Emissions and Electricity Consumption and more recently – Export Emissions.

The development of this tool is an ongoing project for Pager Power due to the many variables involved. Data collected to date has not only proved to be very interesting and illustrated our current energy patterns, but also provided us with an insight for future reductions.
